J James Braeu is an associate broker and diversity & inclusion advisor with Coldwell Banker Realty in Washington, DC. He has been licensed in DC, MD and VA since 2003. He spent 7 years leading the vibrant Dupont-Logan office of Coldwell Banker Realty, helping agents grow their business and live exceptional lives.

A 35-year DC resident, James regularly advocates for initiatives that foster local small business, real estate investment, home ownership and affordability. He has helped hundreds of his neighbors buy and sell homes, acquire investment properties, and build generational wealth. He serves on the DC Association of Realtors Board of Directors and the Public Policy Committee, representing his colleagues and advocating for his clients at local and state levels.

When he is not working with clients to realize their home ownership dreams, he enjoys hiking, biking, and rowing in the beautiful parks and rivers that surround our city.
