He spent 7 years leading the vibrant Dupont-Logan office of Coldwell Banker, helping agents grow their businesses and live exceptional lives.

As a 35-year DC resident, James regularly advocates for initiatives that foster local small businesses, real estate investment, home ownership, and affordability.
