J James Braeu is an associate broker and DEI Network agent advisor with Coldwell Banker Realty in Washington DC. He has been licensed in DC, MD and VA since 2003. He spent 7 years leading the vibrant Dupont-Logan office of Coldwell Banker, helping agents grow their business and live exceptional lives. A 35-year DC resident, James regularly advocates for initiatives that foster local small business, real estate investment, home ownership and affordability. When he is not working with clients to realize their home ownership dreams, he enjoys hiking, biking and rowing in and on the amazing parks and rivers that surround our beautiful city.
